In this article we show you how you can customize your quote letter by changing the background images on the cover page or contact us page. There are two ways to upload an image to your quote letter, via Background Settings or via Advanced Editing on the cover page and Contact Us page.
Important considerations:
You will only be able to upload Image file types. The most common types of formats of images are JPEG, PNG, GIF and BMP. Please note that the image format could determine the way they are displayed in your quotes.
Photos will display in the same orientation that they were displayed during a PDF export. If you image is rotating, try converting the image to a PNG with a photo editor and reuploading.
You will not be able to upload images in certain formats like PDF, word, etc.
The maximum size of the image that you can upload in the Background settings is 5MB.
You will be able to upload an image more than 5MB via Advanced Editing, however you will need to re-size the image to fit the quote by following instructions below.
Ideal image size is between:
Width: 1440 Height:960 | Width: 1920 Height: 1080 |
Which way is right for you?
