It's possible to hibernate your Buildxact subscription during a break in business.

What is the Hibernate Plan?

Our Hibernate plan is designed to allow flexibility during a downtime in business.

The Hibernate plan is $49 per month for up to three (3) months.

Note:

  • It's only possible to move to a Hibernate plan once in a 13-month period.

  • Hibernate plan is not an option on Annual paid monthly plans.

If you choose to hibernate your account:

  • You will have read-only access to your Buildxact data during hibernation

  • You can still receive client communications from your client portals

To switch to the hibernate plan, please follow these steps:

  1. In Buildxact, select My Business from the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Under 'Business Account' click Subscriptions.

  3. Click on Manage Plan.

4. Click on the Cancel Subscription button.

5. In the following screen, select 'Other'

6. Write 'Hibernate' in the text box.

7. Click Continue

Click past the screen on Buildxact features until you reach the following page, where you can Select Hibernate (8).

9. Confirm your changes by clicking Confirm Changes

Your subscription will then move to the Hibernate plan effective from your next billing date. You will be charged $49 per month.

Please note: at the end of the three-month hibernate period your subscription will automatically revert to your original subscription plan.

It's possible to reactivate your plan at any point, just log in and re-subscribe.
