The following video outlines how to create a job within the Buildxact platform. It also shows you the different types of jobs and default invoices, as well how job acceptance works.
Create a job in Buildxact from an estimate
It's possible to create a job from an estimate from within Jobs. To do this, click on the 'Create New' button.
The following screen will appear:
From the drop-down menu under 'Create a new job from', select the estimate you want to create a job from.
The form will auto populate with details from your chosen estimate.
The name of the estimate selected.
The job description.
The building type.
The expected start date.
The invoice method (choose from the drop-down menu).
Click 'Ok'
