Article contents – This FAQ explains what the timeline is and links to step on how to share to the timeline in the client portal.

The project timeline located inside the client portal allows you to publish and share documents and images showing your customer progress of the building project, renovation or works completed and is a great way of keeping your customer up to date.

Your customers can then easily view a timeline inside their client portal project showing them documents and images shared by you. They can also click on the New Message button and start a message about what you have shared to the timeline.
