If you have lost access to your phone, here is how you can request your 2-step verification code to your email.

At the 2-step verification screen, select 'Try another method'

You can then select 'Email'

You will then receive an email with the code for you to use.

Note - do not record this code anywhere as it recycles ever 60 seconds similar to your phone's authentication code.
