When you have created a new quote letter from your estimate costings using the Prepare Quote button, you will see a Save as New Layout button (highlighted below). Clicking on this button will allow you to save all the changes you have made to the layout and use it across other estimates in your Buildxact account.
In the left-hand menu pop out, give your new customized layout an appropriate Layout Name and Layout Description. Click the Save Layout button to save.
Note: Any new quote letters you begin will automatically save any changes made on the Buildxact Customizable Layout as a copy allowing you to use it for that specific estimate at any given point.
