How do I send an email from within Buildxact?

Buildxact allows you to send an email to any of your contacts direct from the system. Click the button below for information on this integration feature.

Each user in a Buildxact account can send out messages. For example, in an account with two users - both user A and user B have their own email address. The two are separate despite being from the same account.

The "from" details for user A (email address) will be that of user A. 

The "from" details for user B, will be that of user B.

If reminder messages are amended, the "from" details for the updated message will always default to the original creator. For example, User A creates and sends a reminder, later User B updates and re-sends the same reminder, the "from" details will still be that of User A.

How to set up User details

  1. Click on My Business

  2. Select Users

  3. Click the user whose details you want to set up.
