Buildxact allows for notes to be added at both the category and item level within your estimate costings. In some cases, you might choose to display these notes as part of the quoted items section of your quote letter to send to your client.
To display item notes in your quote letter, follow these steps:
Navigate to your estimate and click on the Quote Letter tab.
Click on Quoted Items, under Sections.
3. To display item notes, you first need to select to include the quoted items for each category. Check this box.
4. Check the Show Item Notes box.
The notes will display in your Quote Letter as shown below.
