Buildxact offers multiple quote letter layout options to help you customize your quotes. The Branded Layout lets you incorporate your business's primary logo colors into the design and display your website address on the cover page, giving your quotes a professional, polished look.
Follow these steps to apply the Branded Layout to your quote letters in Buildxact:
Navigate to Estimates and select the estimate that you want to create a quote letter for.
Click on the Quote Letter tab.
Click on Select a Different Layout.
Scroll through the layout options and select the Branded Layout.
Customizing the sections of your branded quote letter
Click on the Cover Page section.
The following available customizable settings will appear:
Of the customizable settings available in the Branded Layout, 'Show Business Website', 'Show graphic color bands on cover page' and 'Apply brand colors to all pages' are exclusive to the Brand Layout quote letter template.
Including your business website
To include your business website URL on your quote letter, ensure the toggle is on and then type your URL into the available dialogue box.
Applying your brand colors
Ensure that 'Show graphic color bands on cover page' and 'Apply brand colors to all pages' are toggled on under Settings, and then follow these steps:
Click to upload your brand logo. The dominant colors in your logo will be captured and displayed.
To manually adjust the color hue, click inside the HEX box and select your preferred color.
To swap the order of colors, click Swap Colors.
