The Home Depot (THD) item catalog in Buildxact is a list of individually priced items you can use in your estimates. When you select an item from this catalog, only that specific item (e.g., one box of screws) is added to your estimate.

In contrast, the assembly catalog consists of bundled items that make up a complete unit. For example, selecting 'carpet tiling' will add all items needed to cover one square foot of carpet, providing a full package for that task.

Each item in your assembly catalog is linked back to the THD item catalog and the price is for material only.
