You can share specific job documents and photos with your crew from your Buildxact web account to your Onsite mobile account.
Do this by navigating to the job details section in the Buildxact web app and following these steps:
Select the Job Details tab at the top of the page.
Scroll down to Documents.
Here you can choose to upload any new documents of images you want to share.
If you already have documents and/or images in your job details section, you can select those that you're planning to share by clicking on the box to the left of the document heading.
A pop up will appear, giving you to option to share documents to the Onsite app. Click Share to Onsite app.
The following dialogue box will appear.
Click Confirm.
Your job details will now show that this document/image has been shared to the Onsite app.
