The steps include:
nominating if the job is residential or commercial;
adding a description of the job;
specifying the trade you're looking for and the skills required to complete the job;
the area where the job is located;
the timeframe of the job (is it urgent? How long will it take? When does the job need to be finished?);
the rate (quote, fixed, hourly or annual).
