Contents: How to handle additional items on a quote request reply.

This article is in reference to additional items on quote requests coming back from Suppliers or Trades.

Suppliers or Trades that respond to your RFQ using their own Buildxact account have the option to add/suggest additional items such as freight/delivery costs or products. You can choose to add the additional items to your estimate by selecting them in the responded RFQ or leave them unselected.

Additional items will be clearly marked with a green Additional tag as opposed to your requested items which will be marked with a grey Requested tag. Please see below image.
