When you log in to Buildxact you always land on your global Dashboard. Your Dashboard is made up of 3 areas -

Reminders

In the reminders section, you can quickly see your active reminders and add new ones as well.

  1. You can change how to view your reminders either by monthly, weekly, or per day. You can also select the list view.

  2. In the settings menu, you can choose to display either all reminders, or only the ones that have not been sent out yet.

  3. Quickly add a reminder to your schedule straight from the dashboard.

  4. Snap back to today from anywhere in the calendar.

Click the below image to expand and view the Reminders.

Recent Items

In recent items, we show a list view of your recently worked on estimates and jobs. You can click the link to quickly be taken into any of your recent items straight from the dashboard.

Schedule

The schedule will pull from all of your Jobs and provide you with a quick view of your global tasks.

Click the below image to expand and view the Schedule.

  1. You can filter the schedule to either show your tasks listed by their Job or by their resource (who it is assigned to). You can use this feature to quickly see what jobs you have running or how busy your resources are in a given time period.

  2. Quickly change how far out the calendar view looks. You can choose between Day, Week, 2 Weeks, or Monthly views.

  3. You can now print out either a PDF or Image file with your global schedule.

  4. Snap back to today from anywhere in the calendar.

  5. This shows which job/resource the tasks below belong to.

6. These tiles are your actual tasks pulled from your active jobs. You can click these to open up a quick summary of the item.
