The steps involved in resetting or changing your password in Buildxact are the same as those for a forgotten password.
How do I change my password?
From the Buildxact login screen, click on Forgot password.
Enter your email address and click Continue.
Check your inbox for an email from Buildxact Support. This email contains a link to reset your password. Click on this link. Note: if you can't see an email from Buildxact customer support in your main inbox folder, please check the junk folder.
You will be taken to the following screen where you're asked to enter your new password twice and click Reset password.
You can now login to Buildxact with your new password.

Change Password
In Buildxact, got to My Business/Business Details/Users and click on the user whose password you wish to change
Click on the Reset Password button at the bottom
Click OK to confirm
Check your email inbox or junk folder for an email from Buildxact Support to reset your password. Click on the RESET PASSWORD link in the email
Enter your new password twice and click Reset password
You will now be able to login to Buildxact with your new password
