This article will give you an overview of each section in the left-hand navigation menu in Buildxact.

The My Business section is where you will set-up your business details such as your Tax details, Logo and business contact details that will populate on your quote letters and other areas throughout Buildxact. You can also manage your users, subscription, tax rates and more.
The Dashboard section is your homepage when logging into Buildxact. You will see shared data from both connected builders as well as non connected builders who use Buildxact. You can also set reminders, view recent estimates/jobs or view global job schedules
The Leads section is where you will be able to record and manage all your leads.
The Estimate section is where you will be able to access any Quote Requests that builders have sent you as well as view/create estimates.
The Jobs section is where you can manage your jobs from start to finish. From entering your job details, populating and manage your schedule, creating purchase and work orders, oversight of actual costings, managing your variations and invoicing.
The Request for Quotes section is where you can view and manage all RFQs you have submitted across all estimates.
The Clients section is where you can view and manage all your customers' (Builders & Trades) details, connection requests and shared data.
The Contacts section is where you can view and manage contact details of your manufacturers, suppliers, or any companies you work with as well as communicate with them.
The Communications section will show all email, notifications, and conversations that you have had with you clients or contacts through the Buildxact app.
The Catalogs section is where you will be able to upload, access, manage and store pricing catalogs and recipe/assembly catalogs.
The Integrations section is where you can connect to key accounting software such as Xero, connect Deputy for timesheet management.
The Preview features section is where new and upcoming features that may still be under construction can be turned on or off.
The My Profile section allows you to view your login details, reset your password and logout.
The Need Help? section allows you to chat with the support team inside the Buildxact app, search for support articles or book in a call back.
The To-do list section enables you to share and track individual item progress and job/people performance in both the web and Onsite app.
The Explore section is where you can see updates for newly released features and Buildxact news or send us a Feature Suggestion.
