When creating a purchase order, Buildxact will automatically populate the quantity and unit cost fields within the purchase order. How those field are populated varies depending on how many items are outstanding.

What happens if there is a quantity of one outstanding?

If there's a quantity of 1 with a Unit Cost of X, when ordering Buildxact will try to order the remaining of X.

What happens when the remaining quantity is greater than one?

If there is a quantity of greater than 1 at estimated cost, when ordering Buildxact will try to order the remainder of quantity at the estimated price.
