Archiving a Completed Job
Once a job has been completed in Buildxact it will appear in the Completed section of the jobs tab. You can archive these completed jobs out of view by unselecting Completed in this tab.
If a job has been completed, but is still showing up in other jobs lists (In Progress, Not Started, etc), you can tell Buildxact that the job is completed with the following steps:
1) Open the job in Buildxact.
2) Navigate to the Job Schedule page
3) Click the Cog drop-down menu on the right of the schedule
4) Click Mark Job as Completed
Deleting a Job
Clicking the trash can in the job section will mark the job as deleted.
Note: We don't delete estimates or jobs that you delete, we just hide these from view. You can restore deleted Estimates or Jobs at any time by going to the main Jobs or Estimates page, clicking the Settings drop down, then Display Only > Deleted Jobs/Estimates. From here you can restore as required. Remember - deleting a job with a linked estimate will also delete the estimate. Both will be recoverable as I've outlined above.
Archiving an Estimate
Once an estimate is accepted, it will appear in the Accepted section of the estimates section. To hide these from your view unselect the Accepted/Rejected checkmark.
