Can my client change the client portal notification frequency setting?

When you send items to your client through the portal, they receive notifications, they can adjust the frequency they receive these

Your client will receive these notifications through email based on the frequency set up in the main page of their portal.

If they would like to adjust the frequency, after logging in

  1. Click on the profile tab at the top right

  2. Scroll down to "Update notifications

  3. Choose a frequency for receiving notifications
