How do I add or change a cover image for my projects in the Client Portal?

You can add an image or change the image against each project in the client portal to personalize it for your clients.

Each time your clients log in to the client portal they will see a cover page for their project.

  1. By default, the cover image is a map of the site address.

This field can be updated to show an image of your choice. To do this:

2. Click on the Leads tab in Buildxact.

3. Open the Lead.

4. Scroll down to Client Project

5. Click on the image icon

6. Click Upload Cover Image and choose the image from your files. This image will now show in place of the site map in the Client Portal.
