We're here to help with anything you need to know in regard to the integration of Deputy with Buildxact.

However, when it comes to the integration between Deputy and Accounting packages, we recommend contacting Deputy or your Accounting provider for information. These packages are external to Buildxact, so we don't have the depth of knowledge relating to the software that the package providers possess.

Where we can help:

Deputy

  • Time sheets and staff data from Deputy to Buildxact

  • Job information and Cost Categories from Buildxact to Deputy

Accounting

  • Mapping Chart of Accounts

  • Purchasing and Invoicing data

Where we can't help:

  • Payroll information (Accounting package)

  • Staff leave data (Deputy)
