In an email click on the "Presets" button next to the "Message" field, then choose from "Save as preset" or "Manage preset" buttons. "Save as preset" will save what you currently have in the message field as a preset to use in your emails. To use the preset you have created, click into the Presets menu and choose it from the list at the bottom.
