To modify the default T&Cs that Buildxact supplies you can do the following:
Navigate to Jobs, Purchase Orders
Click on the cog icon.
Click on 'Manage Terms & Conditions'.
A new window will appear where you can enter your own T&C. You can also reset to the Buildxact default T&C by clicking the refresh button at the bottom right of the window.
