How do I delete my account data?

You can request to have your account data removed, which will include everything you've entered and imported into Buildxact

Buildxact account deletion

Buildxact respects your right to privacy and treats the confidentiality of your data very seriously.  To that end, you may request that data associated with your account be permanently deleted. 

Please note, requesting an account deletion means that all data will be removed and will not be able to be recovered. Account deletion is not required in order to cancel your subscription.

In order to request an account deletion, navigate to the Subscriptions page in Buildxact. An option to request an account deletion is available on this page. Note, only the primary administrator of your account can request an account deletion. 

You will only be able to request a deletion if you don't have an active subscription.


Client portal user deletion

As a user of the Buildxact Client Portal, you will be able to request to have your account deleted similar to above.

To start this process:

  • Log into the client portal https://myhome.buildxact.com/

  • Click on your profile icon at the top right

  • Click 'Request Account Deletion' button

  • Once we have received the request we aim to process the deletion of your portal within two weeks.
