Virtually any email account can be connected to Buildxact using the IMAP protocol. This includes emails provided by Hotmail, Outlook.com, Live.com and Yahoo. 

Steps to connect an email account using IMAP

  • Log into your Buildxact account
  • Head to the integrations screen and click connect
  • Click on the IMAP icon
  • Enter your email/password, and the IMAP and SMTP settings relevant to your provider. We have listed the settings for popular email providers below.
    What if my provider is not listed below? If your provider is not listed below, we suggest contacting your IT provider for some guidance. They will be able to provide these details.
