How to create your suppliers and contractors either individually or in bulk

Please use the below link to access our template for loading contacts, this will show you the right format for your contacts before loading it in.

Steps

  1. Download the contact import template.

  2. Complete your Excel spreadsheet with your contact information.

  3. Save the spreadsheet.

  4. Go to Contacts > Import.

  5. Upload your Excel file.

  6. Match your spreadsheet columns to the correct Buildxact fields.

  7. Review the import preview and fix any errors if needed.

  8. Select Import.

  9. Wait for the import to finish.

  10. Review your imported contacts and update any additional details if required.
