From the "Estimate Costings" tab

  1. Click on the cog icon
  2. Choose to print/email Categories only
  3. Print/email categories and items
  4. Print/email just the allowances (PC/PS items)

From the Quote Letter tab

5. Click on "Print Options" and scroll down to "Content"

6. Tick the boxes of the content you would like to include in the quote letter

7. Scroll up to the top right to choose to either print (you can also preview the doc by clicking "print") or email
