With the introduction of a national The Home Depot catalog in Buildxact you may notice that some items in your estimate costings, linked to a regional The Home Depot catalog, will need to be relinked to The Home Depot national catalog.
Items in your estimate costings that have become unlinked will display with a red exclamation mark. See below.
The following steps outline how to relink these items to The Home Depot national catalog:
Navigate to your Estimate Costings and click on the Settings cog.
Select Update Linked Items.
3. Select The Home Depot national catalog.
4. Click to Update New Links.
The linked items will now display in your Estimate Costings.
If an item cannot be found in the national catalog then you can manually select the item and search for a replacement.
If an item comes through from The Home Depot national catalog with a $0 price attached, all you need to do is click on the live pricing button on the estimate costings screen. Shown below.
