Follow these steps to share the job schedule task list from the webapp to Buildxact Onsite:
Navigate to the job and click on the Schedule tab.
Click on Settings.
Select Sync task list with Buildxact Onsite.
What does the task list look like in Buildxact Onsite?
Any user that has been invited to the corresponding job will see a Schedule section within the job on the Onsite app.
To access the task list, click on the View task list button.
3. Clicking on View task list will show all tasks in the corresponding job's schedule. Clicking on the Filters symbol allows users to filter tasks by their own tasks.
4. Click on a task to view details.
Task progress and task completion can be updated from within the task. When this is done, the corresponding job schedule in the Buildxact webapp is automatically updated to reflect the changes.
