The following steps outline how to update your business details in Buildxact:
Navigate to My Business, in the left-hand menu.
Click on Business Account.
Select Business Details.
From within the Business Details screen, you can configure your contact information, settings like your time zone, system of measurement and tax code, your business logo, brand colors and your image gallery. Click on the blue pen to edit (4). Once you've made changes, click the orange tick to save.
After any request to update your registered email address or transfer ownership of your account is completed, you will receive a confirmation from the Buildxact support team. This confirmation serves as proof that the requested changes have been made. If you have further questions, feel free to reach out to the support team for additional assistance.
Please note: your Buildxact registered email can only be changed by contacting Customer Support. To update your registered email address, contact the Buildxact support team and provide a request to update your email. Once the support team processes your request, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that your registered email address has been successfully updated. If you don’t receive this confirmation, reach out to the support team for further assistance.
