Please note: contacts assigned to tasks in the schedule must have an email address in their contact record in Buildxact for bulk communications to work.
Follow these steps to send bulk communications to your contacts/task assignees in the schedule:
Click on the Booking confirmations button in the Job Schedule.
2. Confirm the contacts you want to receive the communication email by clicking the box next to the contact name.
3. Click Send to all.
4. The form will then update with a 'Sent' status and a last sent date.
What does my contact see when I send a bulk communication email?
Your assigned contact/s will receive the following email:
When they accept or decline the invitation their assignee avatar on the schedule will turn green (confirmed) or red (declined). It will remain blue while pending.
The booking confirmations side form (shown above in Step 4) will update with a 'Confirmed/ Declined' status based on their response.
