Please note: this Buildxact integration function works with Quickbook Time (not Quickbooks).
Follow these steps to integrate Quickbooks Time with Buildxact:
Navigate to the Integrations section in the left-hand menu, click on Application Integrations, find your Quickbooks Time tile and click Connect.
2. Timesheets from Quickbooks Time will appear under Jobs > Imported Timesheets in Buildxact.
To ensure your Quickbooks Time timesheets are imported into Buildxact, they must first be approved within Quickbooks Time. The following steps show how this is done in Quickbooks Time.
Navigate to your Time Entries section in Quickbooks Time and click on Approvals in the left-hand menu.
Click on the Approve button.
The timesheet will now be visible under Jobs > Imported Timesheets in Buildxact.
