If you are experiencing issues with Buildxact Onsite on your iPhone, such as buttons being misaligned or unresponsive, the problem may be related to your device’s text size settings. This guide will show you how to reset the text size to normal to resolve these
issues.
Steps to Adjust Text Size on iPhone
Open Settings:
Go to your iPhone’s home screen and tap the Settings app.
Access Display & Text Size Settings:
Scroll down and select Display & Brightness.
Tap on Text Size.
Adjust Text Size:
Use the slider to set the text size to the middle or default position.
Avoid moving the slider to the largest text size as it may cause layout issues in Buildxact Onsite.
Check Accessibility Settings:
Return to the Settings app and navigate to Accessibility > Display & Text Size.
Ensure the Larger Accessibility Sizes toggle is turned off. This prevents text from scaling excessively beyond the standard range.
Restart Buildxact Onsite:
Close Buildxact Onsite completely by swiping up from the bottom of the screen and swiping it off the list of open apps.
Reopen Buildxact Onsite and check if the issue is resolved.
